Please be aware that the color of the item in the posted image may look slightly different from the actual color of the item, depending on our photographic equipment and your monitor settings.
Regarding the condition of the item, we will post a description as detailed as possible, but to prevent troubles, we will give priority to images. Therefore, please be sure to check the images and item description, and bid only if you accept the flaws of the item. The items are old items such as antiques over 100 years old, so please understand that there may be dirt, scratches, stains, threads, burns, tears, etc. before bidding. Please refrain from bidding if you are concerned about the condition.
For trouble prevention, if you have any questions, please contact us using the Auction’s question board, before bidding. No transaction can be done by direct mail. Since we may not be able to reply to any question in the last hours just before the end of the bid, please ask questions as early as possible.
Dealings after a winning bid must be done only through the "Torihiki Navi" dealing navigation function, to prevent troubles. Please bid only if you can contact us within 3 days after a winning bid, and if you can pay within 5 days.
We cannot accept cancellations, or cancellations of incorrect bids, so please check carefully before bidding.
From the viewpoint of preventing nuisances such as mischievous bidding, bidders with many "very bad/bad" evaluations will be canceled.
Please note that due to the nature of the auction, we cannot accept any returns, complaints, or refunds after a winning bid.
In the case that a problem occurs concerning a shipped item, please let us know within 3 days after you received it. (If the specified period has passed, we cannot respond.)
As the item is described as genuine/authentic, we will accept return and refund only if it is determined as not genuine/authentic. However, it is limited to cases where it is determined that it is not a genuine/authentic artwork by an official appraisal agency.
If you are a new bidder, please let us know that you are willing to purchase the item you will bid for, by using the Auction’s question board, before the end of the auction.
Shipment is done with the "Yu-Pack" service (Japan Post) and the delivery destination is limited to domestic Japan.
Please note that international shipping is not available. So please do not bid if your shipping address is not within Japan. For overseas shipping, please bid with intermediate services.
We do not issue receipts.
