ジミ・ヘンドリックス - The Wizard In The Studio - Jimi Hendrix
数あるジミヘンのスタジオ・アウトテイクスの中でも貴重な未発表の音原をコンパイル。まずdisc:1には1968年5月21日、スティーヴン・スティルスの地下室で収録されたセッション。ジャズやブルースをベースにした興味深いベースメント・セッションで。本邦初公開となるレアなもの。そしてdisc:2には「エレクトリック・レディランド」に収められている「オール・アロング・ザ・ウォッチタワー」と、「カム・オン（パート１）」のスタジオ・アウトテイクス、及びミックス・ダウンを、残っているとされるソース全てを収録。1968年8月27&28日とNY、レコード・プラントで行われたこのセッションも貴重なもので、特に「オール・アロング・ザ・ウォッチタワー」の初期テイクには、デイブ・メイスンとブライアン・ジョーンズが参加しているといわれており、まさに歴史的アイテム。
