プリンス - Piano And A Microphone In Oakland 2016 - PRINCE
享年57歳で早逝してしまったプリンスにとって、結果的に最後のツアーとなった、2016年「ピアノ・アンド・マイクロフォン」USツアーから、2月28日オークランド、パラマウント・シアターにおける、ファースト・ショーとセカンド・ショーをコンプリート。これはプリンスのピアノの弾き語りによるソロ・コンサートという、これまでかつてなかった試みとして行われていたもので、しかもデビュー当時の初期ナンバーから80年代絶頂期、そして近年の新曲まで、奇しくもこれまでの自身のキャリアを総括するかのようなセットとなっており、その暗示するかのような内容は感動せずにはいられないもの。そして2部構成のショーながらセットリストも全く別のもので、また同ツアーの中でも日々セットリストは変化しており、メドレーも含めて40曲以上のナンバーを、華麗なピアノに乗せて歌い上げるという、天才アーティストのパフォーマンスを、カンペキなクオリティーで再現した永遠のレクイエム。
